dovoľujeme si Vás informovať, že spoločnosť Company RV s.r.o., so sídlom Hollého 12, 949 01 Nitra, IČO: 55 817 394 (ďalej ako "Usporiadateľ"), ktorá je usporiadateľom podujatia RUBICON FESTIVAL 2025 (ďalej ako "Podujatie"), ktoré sa malo pôvodne konať od 18. júla 2025 do 20. júla 2025 v Záhorskej Bystrici v Bratislave, požiadala spoločnosť Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., so sídlom Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava, IČO: 35 850 698 (ďalej ako "Ticketportal"), aby Vám v jej mene boli poskytnuté nasledujúcu správu týkajúcu sa Podujatia a uspokojovania Vašich nárokov na vrátenie vstupného. Správa Usporiadateľa v jej pôvodnom znení je uvedená nižšie.
Spoločnosť Ticketportal zabezpečuje odoslanie správy Usporiadateľa v jeho mene a na jeho účet, a na základe jeho pokynu. Preberanie doručovaných žiadostí o refundácie bude zo strany spoločnosti Ticketportal zabezpečované v mene a na účet Usporiadateľa, pričom spoločnosť Ticketportal nebude ďalej zabezpečovať samotné vracanie vstupného. Žiadosti obdržané na inú emailovú adresu ako je uvedená v tlačovej správe, nebudú akceptované. Zároveň si Vás dovoľujeme upozorniť, že ďalší postup vo veci závisí výlučne od rozhodnutí a krokov Usporiadateľa, na ktoré spoločnosť Ticketportal nemá vplyv.

"Vážení fanúšikovia,
dnešným dňom, 11. augusta 2025, spúšťame proces refundácií za zrušený Rubicon festival.
Ako požiadať o refundáciu: Prosíme, zašlite svoju žiadosť na e-mail rubicon@ticketportal.sk. Spoločnosť Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. bude zabezpečovať zbieranie žiadostí o refundácie, pričom samotné vracanie vstupného budeme zabezpečovať sami.
Obsah žiadosti o refundáciu: Vaša žiadosť by mala obsahovať meno a priezvisko kupujúceho, adresu, variabilný symbol objednávky, číslo účtu (IBAN), na ktorý má byť refundácia zaslaná. Žiadosti o refundáciu prijímame do 18. augusta 2025, 12:00. Následne začneme refundácie postupne vyplácať.
Dôležité: Všetky lístky, ku ktorým nám do tohto termínu nebude doručená žiadosť o refundáciu, budú automaticky vymenené za vstupenky na samostatný koncert Ye v Prahe.
Aktualita k podujatiu Ye: Vystúpenie umelca v Českej republike je potvrdené. Organizáciu koncertu preberá nový usporiadateľ, ktorý momentálne finalizuje detaily týkajúce sa priestoru a presného termínu. Na príprave podujatia s ním úzko spolupracujeme a všetky informácie vám prinesieme v najbližších dňoch.

We would like to inform you that Company RV s.r.o., with its registered office at Hollého 12, 949 01 Nitra, Company ID No.: 55 817 394 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), which is the organizer of the event RUBICON FESTIVAL 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), originally scheduled to take place from July 18 to July 20, 2025 in Záhorská Bystrica, Bratislava, has requested Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., with its registered office at Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 35 850 698 (hereinafter referred to as “Ticketportal”), to deliver to you, on its behalf, the following message concerning the Event and the handling of your ticket refund claims. The Organizer’s message, in its original wording, is provided below.
Ticketportal is sending the Organizer’s message on its behalf and for its account, based on its instruction. Ticketportal will be responsible, on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer, for receiving refund requests submitted by customers; however, Ticketportal will no longer process or pay out the refunds itself. Requests received to an email address other than the one specified in the press release will not be accepted. We also wish to emphasize that further steps in this matter depend solely on the decisions and actions of the Organizer, over which Ticketportal has no influence.

"Dear Fans,
As of today, August 11, 2025, we are launching the refund process for the canceled Rubicon Festival.
How to request a refund:
Please send your request to the email address: rubicon@ticketportal.sk. Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. will collect the refund requests, while the refunds themselves will be processed and paid out directly by us.
Refund request details:
Your request should include the full name of the ticket purchaser, address, variable order symbol and the bank account number (IBAN) to which the refund should be sent. We will accept refund requests until August 18, 2025, 12:00 noon. Refund payments will then be made progressively after this date.
Important:
All tickets for which we do not receive a refund request by this deadline will be automatically exchanged for tickets to a separate Ye concert in Prague.
Update on the Ye event:
The artist’s performance in the Czech Republic is confirmed. The organization of the concert will be taken over by a new organizer, who is currently finalizing details regarding the venue and exact date. We are working closely with them on the event preparations and will bring you all the information in the coming days.
Thank you for giving us the time and space to manage this situation. We believe that the new organizer, in cooperation with our team, will prepare an event that will deliver a unique cultural experience.
